Job summary

Continental is seeking workers for the Banbury production area. The role is physically demanding in a dusty environment, with starting wages of $24.60/hr and 4x12 hour shifts, including nights and weekends. You will operate production equipment, read measuring tools, and contribute to quality and safety standards.

Candidates must be 18+, able to lift heavy loads, and pass pre-hire checks. Visa sponsorship is not available, and relocation costs are not offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds.
• Pass pre-hire checks including a physical strength test.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor visas.
• Relocation expenses will not be provided.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate awareness and concern for safety and maintain certifications.
• Work in a highly physical, dusty environment; lift heavy items as required.
• Maintain consistent and on-time attendance.
• Operate production equipment and follow quality procedures.
• Read and use measuring equipment and record production data.
• Assist in maintenance of tooling and equipment.
• Identify and solve production problems to improve flows and safety.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
