Job summary

Barton Malow in Baltimore, MD seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will guide procurement, planning, field operations, cost management and team leadership to meet safety, quality, schedule and budget goals.

Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors and design teams to deliver projects successfully. Requires a strong track record in GC/CM construction and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in GC/CM Construction Management.
• Experience with Healthcare projects preferred.
• Experience with systems such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities, bid analysis, and subcontracting.
• Develop and manage project schedules and site logistics.
• Oversee field operations, safety plans, and punch lists.
• Control budget, cost reporting, and change management.
• Facilitate meetings, RFIs, and submittals, and coordinate with engineers and architects.
