Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous commercial custodial or janitorial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor buffer, auto scrubber, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and fixtures.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with event setup/cleanup and special projects as needed.
