Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of the eighth grade.
• One year of cleaning and custodial experience.
• Knowledge of methods, materials and techniques of cleaning.
• Ability to train and interact effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Leads, assigns, reviews, and approves the work of other custodial personnel.
• Maintains attendance records and completes routine forms.
• Requests, receives and accounts for supplies and materials.
• Trains new employees in cleaning tasks and operates cleaning tools.
• Inspects areas and reports disorders to superior.
