Essential Functions

As a Route Merchandiser, you will travel to and service assigned stores throughout Owings Mills, Cockeysville, Westminster, Sykesville, Baltimore, Randallstown, Timonium, and Catonsville, MD. Position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Carry out planograms, product resets, and seasonal sets according to client standards
• Install price labels, promotional materials, fixtures, and product displays
• Down-stock merchandise, replenish shelves, and keep displays organized and ready for customers
• Complete in-store survey audits to report your completed work and project findings
• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers
• Communicate regularly with store teams and SRS management so projects are completed accurately and on schedule
• Identify and promptly report inventory issues, project concerns, or challenges to SRS management so they can be resolved quickly

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• A valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle for travel, and proof of Active auto insurance
• Personal smartphone with call, text, email, and internet access for daily reporting
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently to complete store visits on schedule
• Highly comfortable using technology and mobile apps to complete daily work tasks and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous merchandising experience is a big plus but not required!
• This is a fast-paced and physically active position. Physical tasks may involve prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending and climbing ladders or rolling stairs; and lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
