Job summary

Talent Harbor is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial and institutional projects in the Baltimore region. This on-site role focuses on safety, schedule, and quality across $5M–$10M projects.

You will coordinate multi-trade crews, review drawings, generate daily logs in Procore, and markup specs in Bluebeam. A 7:00 AM start and local commute are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on construction field experience.
• Active OSHA certification or ability to renew within 60 days.
• High proficiency in Bluebeam and familiarity with Procore.
• 7:00 AM start times and daily reliability.
• Must live within reasonable commute of the Baltimore, MD area.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily job site operations, coordinate multi-trade subcontractors, and maintain project momentum and safety.
• Execute quality control plans and coordinate site inspections with local authorities.
• Generate daily logs in Procore and markup drawings in Bluebeam.
• Serve as primary onsite operational lead, resolving bottlenecks and aligning trades.
