Job summary

iMentor is seeking a Baltimore-based Program Manager to support ~100 mentor-mentee pairs, delivering high-quality coaching and facilitating classroom sessions and events. You will help partners align goals, track progress, and ensure ongoing engagement across schools.

The role requires 2+ years in youth development or education, excellent communication, and a passion for mentoring as a pathway to post-secondary success. Travel to events and trainings is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of professional experience in youth development, education and/or volunteer engagement.
• Strong belief in mentoring as a pathway to youth success and the ability to work with adult volunteers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including tough conversations.
• Strong organization and time-management skills; data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to ~100 mentor-mentee pairs with ongoing coaching.
• Match mentors and mentees at cycle start and track progress.
• Lead classroom sessions and coordinate monthly events at partner schools.
• Support post-secondary planning and goal setting with students and mentors.
• Coordinate communication and events, including mentor trainings and partner-school collaboration.
