Job summary

K&I Healthcare Services is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Intern in Baltimore. This on-site, full-time internship supports community engagement, events, and content creation during a 40-hour week with a 90-day intro.

You will build referral partnerships, localize materials, manage social media content, photograph events, and track outreach, reports, and hours in BambooHR. Start date is immediate/summer 2026 with conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Research and build a referral partner pipeline across the Baltimore metropolitan area.
• Coordinate meetings between K&I leadership and community partners.
• Distribute marketing materials to referral sources citywide.
• Create and localize community-facing materials using brand templates.
• Submit weekly outreach activity reports and maintain contact records in BambooHR.
