College Track in Baltimore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee site operations at our Baltimore campus, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for scholars and staff. This is an in-person, full-time role with Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, aligned with CT’s commitment to student success.

• ~5 years of experience managing the operations of an organization, school, or program.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and implementation skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.
• Experience with Salesforce (or other CRMs) and budget software.

Responsibilities

• Lead site finance and accounting operations and enforce financial policies.
• Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships.
• Oversee facilities, safety, and site operations for a welcoming space.
• Coordinate IT deliveries and on-site support with Central IT.
• Ensure site transportation planning and risk management compliance.
• Serve as point of contact for events and program support.
