Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios invites energetic, customer-focused instructors to lead private and group dance classes across a dynamic studio schedule in the West Hartford area. You will guide students of all ages toward personal dance goals, while enjoying a high-energy, supportive team environment and opportunities to perform at events.

Successful instructors are passionate about dance, excel in customer service, and enjoy coaching others toward growth.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for dance and teaching.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage diverse students.
• Ability to motivate and guide students to reach personal dance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Guide students toward personal dance goals and personal growth.
• Attend weekday evenings and weekend events with students.
• Support event performances, competitions, and studio activities.
