Job summary

The San Diego Padres are looking for a Part-Time Security Officer responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and employees at Petco Park. Your duties will include patrolling the ballpark, conducting security screenings, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, effective communication skills, and ideally experience in large public assembly facilities. The hourly compensation for this role is $21.14, along with perks including PTO and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must possess effective written and oral communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Experience in large public assembly facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the ballpark property to ensure safety.
• Conduct magnetometer screenings for guests.
• Respond to safety and criminal incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization.
