The Ballpark Operations Coordinator at Reno Aces is responsible for assisting the Operations department with gameday duties, including set‑up, post‑event breakdown, and parking operations.

You will hire, train, and supervise seasonal staff, manage on‑site vendors, perform general building maintenance, operate equipment, and support non‑baseball events at Greater Nevada Field. Flexibility for evenings and weekends required.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling customer and safety concerns.
• Transaction service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn ballpark policies.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with set‑up and breakdown for baseball games.
• Assist in daily upkeep of the building including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.
• Assist with storage of promotional items.
• Manage and coordinate outside vendor relationships on site.
• Research and order parts for Operations projects.
• Assist in stadium signage installation process.
• Provide operational support to non‑baseball events at Greater Nevada Field.
• Provide support to the Organization in all aspects and functions.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and golf carts regularly.
• Other duties as assigned

POSITION SUMMARY

The Ballpark Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting the Operations department with gameday duties ranging from set‑up, post‑event breakdown and parking operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Lead and oversee Parking and Traffic operations
• Hire, train, and schedule seasonal gameday staff
• Supervise and direct seasonal staff
• Assist with set‑up and breakdown for baseball games
• Assist in daily upkeep of the building including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.
• Assist with storage of promotional items
• Manage and coordinate outside vendor and subcontractors’ relationships and guidance while on site
• Research and order parts of Operations projects
• Assist in stadium signage installation process
• Provide operational support to non‑baseball events at Greater Nevada Field
• Provide support to the Organization in all aspects and functions
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and golf carts regularly
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong written and verbal skills
• Experience to deal with customer and safety concerns
• Transaction service experience preferred
• Ability to learn Reno Aces ticket and ballpark policies
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Completion of a satisfactory background check

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work in fast‑paced environment
• Majority of work is conducted outdoors
• Flexibility to work long hours, evenings and weekends

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
• Ability to walk briskly or run as the position requires
