Job summary

Tutu School Cypress is seeking passionate teachers to lead 45-minute ballet classes, take attendance, and welcome families. You will follow our Class Curriculum, build rapport with students and parents, and keep the studio organized and welcoming.

Candidates should have ballet experience, strong communication, and a commitment to our curriculum. Teaching experience is preferred, with high school or equivalent education. Training is provided through onboarding and online modules.

Qualifications

• Experience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferred.
• High school or equivalent education preferred.
• Teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and sales using POS.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
