Job summary

CW Bearing USA, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain a range of complex machinery that produces ball bearings. The role emphasizes following instructions, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality while working on an assembly/grind line.

Qualifications

Basic reading of drawings, specifications and measurement results.
Basic math skills including decimals and fractions.
Ability to read basic drawings, specifications, and measurement results.
Basic computer skills and ability to use an HMI.

Responsibilities

Operate assigned assembly-line and/or Grind Line machinery safely and efficiently.
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
Start, stop, monitor, and adjust equipment within authorized parameters.
Load materials and remove completed parts.
Inspect and measure parts using gauges and measuring tools.
Record production and inspection results accurately.
Identify defects and quarantine or scrap nonconforming parts.
Respond to alarms, abnormal readings, jams, and equipment issues.
Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance.
Report safety, quality, and equipment concerns promptly.
Maintain production flow and meet established output goals.
Follow lockout/tagout and all required safety procedures.
Maintain 6S and housekeeping standards.
Communicate effectively during shift changes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
