Job summary

Wagner Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Associate I-Baler Operator to run and maintain the Baler system in accordance with contract standards. The role involves segregating scrap, moving materials with forklifts, preparing shipping docs, and ensuring equipment is clean and safe.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years baler experience; Fork Truck and Scissor Lift experience is a plus. Safety gear and PPE are required on site.

Qualifications

• Requirements include a High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years experience operating a baler in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Experience with a Squeeze Clamp Fork Truck and/or Scissor Lift preferred.
• Safe operation of a Fork Truck is essential.

Responsibilities

• Segregate scrap according to baler and cutter schedules.
• Transport scrap buggies to the Baler Room and unload into shredders using a forklift.
• Load baler onto trucks using a Squeeze Clamp Fork Truck.
• Prepare shipping documents for trucks.
• Monitor and remove dust at the baghouse.
• Maintain balers, scrap fans, baghouse, valves, hydraulics, and heat exchangers.
• Operate Fork Truck daily inspection form before use.
