Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Baler Operator for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM). You will bale scrap foam, tie off bales, and package for shipment while maintaining accurate daily logs and safety practices.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and good mechanical aptitude. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE and safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Operate baling machine to bale scrap foam.
• Tie off completed bales and package for shipment.
• Move bales to storage and log weights daily.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
