Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in corrugated production and forklift operation. Safe work habits and ability to work overtime are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred corrugated industry experience.
• Prior forklift operator experience is preferred.
• Able to read and follow factory master instructions.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate baler and maintain neat, consistent bales.
• Operate forklift safely when needed.
• Maintain accurate bale reports.
• Submit maintenance work orders and assist with equipment upkeep.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs and housekeeping standards.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
