Qualifications

• Prior work experience in packaging/paper/plastics is preferred.
• Six months manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Able to read and follow instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely including setup, operation, and cleanup.
• Make good, neat bales and hog scrap as needed.
• Maintain bale reports and inventories of supplies.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain equipment.
• Submit maintenance work orders and assist with repairs.
• Follow safety rules and keep a clean work area.
• Overtime may be required; company runs 24x7.
