The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, experience with forklift operation, and the ability to read tapes, perform basic math, and follow GMPs. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read and follow factory masters.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Able to perform basic math including percentages, volume & rate.

Responsibilities

• Make good, neat bales.
• Operate baler and use scrap efficiently.
• Maintain bale reports.
• Operate a forklift safely when needed.
• Submit maintenance work orders for repairs.
