Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.
• Willingness to learn Hogger, Baler and Slitter operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hogger, Baler and Slitter safely and efficiently.
• Make neat bales and maintain bale reports.
• Record waste data daily and fill out documents.
• Operate forklift to load trailers and handle materials safely.
• Turn in maintenance work orders and support equipment upkeep.
• Assist with sustainability initiatives.
