Job summary

TransTrash is seeking a full-time Baler Operator in Mandan, ND to bale recyclables and cardboard daily, while keeping the shop and yard clean. The role includes delivering trash totes to new customers and operating equipment as needed.

You will load/unload bales, operate a baler and forklifts, and maintain cleanliness. Pre-employment drug testing is required, with pay competitive DOE and $20+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be reliable and self-motivated.
• Experience using skid steer and forklifts; certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer and forklift to load material onto conveyor and bale trailer.
• Load/unload bales as they come out of the baler.
• Safely maneuver equipment in tight spaces.
• Operate and maintain the baler with training provided.
• Keep shop and yard clean and organized.

TransTrash Baler Operator

Looking for a full time operator for our baler shop to bale recyclables and cardboard daily. As well as maintaining cleanliness of shop and yard. This position will also deliver trash totes to new customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer and forklift, loading material onto conveyer belt and Loading/Unloading bales as they come out of the baler and loading into appropriate trailers.
• Safely maneuver equipment in tight environments
• Operate and maintain commercial baler. (will Train).
• Maintain shop, clean daily and organize.
• Maintain yard and assist shop manager.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be reliable and self-motivated.
• MUST have experience using skid steer and forklifts. Lift Truck Operator Certification preferred, but not required.
