Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate baler machines and forklifts to process materials.
• Feed materials into baler hopper and monitor compression.
• Tie and label bales before transporting with a forklift.
• Maintain and operate equipment safely, including balers and trash compactors.
• Sort donated items and document their placement.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Communicate with team and follow store procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Support recycling and waste reduction initiatives.
