Job summary

Qualified Staffing in Verona, MS is seeking an experienced Baler / Forklift Operator to operate the baling machine and bale scrap foam.

This role is Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 1st shift, with pay at $15.00 per hour, and requires a valid driver's license and forklift experience.

Responsibilities include removing bales, moving to scales, weighing and tagging, tying off bales, shuttling buggies, maintaining a clean, safe work area, and following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Remove the bale from the baler with the squeeze lift and move to scales to be weighed and tagged.
• Move completed bale to the bale storage area and unload finished products onto flats.
• Tie off completed bales, exchange scrap buggies, and push full buggies to the baling area for baling.

Experienced Baler / Forklift Operator. The ideal candidate will operate baling machine to bale scrap foam.

Schedule: Monday- Friday; 1st Shift; 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Remove the bale from the baler with the squeeze Lift (license required), and move to scales to be weighted and tagged. Move completed bale to the bale storage area. Unload finished products onto flats.
• The Operator will tie off completed bales, and package for shipment. Push empty scrap buggies from the baling area to the areas of the plant where they are used and exchange them with full buggies of scrap foam. Then push full buggies to baling area to be baled.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
