Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Baler to perform daily preventive maintenance and operate baling, cutting, and shredding at the Celina facility. Responsibilities include loading/unloading a box truck, hauling between buildings, managing recycling, and assisting Facility Services as needed.

This first-shift position requires a valid driver's license, a dependable, team-oriented approach, and potential for flex hours to support facility needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Dependable.
• Team player.
• First shift with ability to flex hours as required to cover Facility department needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventive maintenance and operate baling, cutting, and shredding equipment.
• Load and unload a box truck and haul loads between buildings.
• Handle recycling program and make deliveries as needed.
• Complete some janitorial tasks and assist Facility Services as needed.
