GreenWaste is seeking a Quality Control Bale Dresser in San Jose, CA to support their baler dressing operation. The role involves removing contamination from bales of plastics, metals and paper using pliers and utility knives, while following OSHA safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will work well in a team, maintain high manual dexterity, stand for long periods, and comply with company standards. Travel may be limited; overtime may be required on weekends.

Formación

• Must follow safety procedures and OSHA rules.
• Able to identify contamination and dress bales properly.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
• Identify contamination and remove it from bales.
• Work as a team with other bale dressers.
• Communicate with team members to maximize productivity.
• Stand and handle material with dexterity in front of bales.
• Ensure bales are dressed to company standards.
