Job summary

The Bergaila Companies is seeking a Lease Operator Subject Matter Expert to support operations in Williston, ND. You will apply deep experience across Bakken lease operations and all forms of artificial lift to improve field performance.

This role includes mentoring teams, assisting training initiatives, and guiding role assignments within a large corporate environment. Occasional travel to training sites and assets is required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Bakken lease operations is required.
• Knowledge of all forms of artificial lift is essential.
• Experience working with or within large corporations is preferred.
• Ability to travel as required to support training and role assignment.
• Availability to work a 5/2 schedule for 40 hours per week, with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in lease operations for the Bakken asset.
• Apply knowledge of all forms of artificial lift to support field operations.
• Support training initiatives by sharing practical lease operations expertise.
• Provide expertise that helps inform and support role assignment.
• Work effectively within a large corporate environment.
• Travel as needed to support training and role-assignment activities.
