Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of foods according to recipes and production guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping food items.
• Safely uses utensils including knives and operates ovens, stoves, and other equipment.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses diverse cooking methods.
• Arranges and portions food according to guidelines.
• Stores food to comply with safety policies.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
