Responsibilities

• Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders.
• Understands venue menus, stays abreast of specials, menu changes.
• Follows cash handling procedures related to the service venues.
• Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation.
• Completes product spoilage and transfer records as needed.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Maximizes sales potential through effective merchandising and stocking.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains a clean environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and supports various store leadership as needed.
