Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on bakery or foodservice experience.
• Cake decorating skills and understanding of bakery operations.
• Ability to teach and motivate others; training experience a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using email and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store training and support for bakery operations.
• Educate teams on baking techniques, cake decorating, and merchandising.
• Assist with new store openings and remodels; ensure successful launches.
• Act as a trusted partner for retail clients, offering guidance and hands-on help.
• Promote manufacturer products through training, sales support and field execution.
• Travel frequently and adapt work hours to meet training needs.
