Responsibilities

• Joy Creators are the face of the business, providing exceptional guest service and creating genuine connections with the community.
• Crafters decorate cakes and package orders according to brand standards.
• Frosters make frosting, frost products, and meet daily production demands.
• Team Supervisors open/close duties and ensure standards when the Bakery Manager is absent.
