Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring bakery team members in Smyrna, GA. You will welcome guests, assist with cake selections, and help ensure orders go smoothly. Cross-training across Joy Creator, Crafting, and Froster departments is part of the role, with rotation based on strengths to support daily production.

The team is focused on joy, community, and excellent service, with opportunities to grow through training and events. Evening and weekend shifts are available in a friendly, casual environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly guest service and assistance.
• Willingness to learn cake ordering, assembly, and basic decoration basics.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them select the right cake for celebrations.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Cross-train across Joy Creator, Crafting, and Froster roles as needed.
• Support opening/closing duties and maintain bakery standards.
