The Bakery Team Member will assist with baking items, frosting and decorating cakes, crafting cake orders, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean workspace. A strong commitment to guest satisfaction, quality, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.
• Attention to detail is needed when following recipes, reading tickets, and decorating cakes.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, taking inventory, and cash handling.
• Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with coworkers, supervisors and customers is essential.
• Teamwork and collaboration are important in a bakery setting.
• Comfort with operating a point-of-sale system.
