Responsibilities

• Takes and processes customer orders to ensure on-time product readiness.
• Assists Bakery Manager in determining variety and quantity of bakery products to be produced or replenished.
• Assists with development and implementation of new product ideas.
• Maintains knowledge of bakery equipment and procedures to ensure quality products.
• Sets and signs displays of merchandise to attract customers and promote sales.
• Performs inventory checks and restocking as needed.
