Job summary

The Fresh Market is hiring team members to work in various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will engage with guests to determine their needs, stock and merchandise products, and maintain a tidy store while upholding professional appearance and courtesy.

Candidate should be enthusiastic about delivering extraordinary guest service and be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service.
• Engaging with guests to learn wants and needs to help create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests across departments.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products; assist nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in general housekeeping throughout the store.
• Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
