Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members to join multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will provide outstanding guest service, learn product details, and support across stores to create a welcoming shopping experience.

You will merchandise stock, assist guests, and uphold uniform standards while maintaining a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• Experience providing extraordinary service.
• Minimum age of 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service.
• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create their meal solution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items; ensure guests are assisted.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in housekeeping throughout the store.
• Present yourself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
