Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: grocery/retail or food service experience.
• Preferred: food safety knowledge/certification.
• Preferred: baking or kitchen equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service and maintain inviting product displays.
• Stock, label, and display bakery items while ensuring freshness and safety.
• Assist guests with selections and allergy information.
• Bake items such as donuts, pastries, cookies as production schedule allows.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates to support store operations.
• Remain productive during slower periods by restocking or supporting other areas.
