Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in grocery, retail, or food service environments preferred.
• Food safety knowledge; certification a plus preferred.
• Experience with food preparation, baking, or kitchen equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service and maintain product presentation to meet department standards.
• Assist guests with selections, allergens information, and special order requests.
• Package, label, stock, and display bakery products ensuring freshness and food safety.
• Operate POS systems and assist with transactions as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates to support store operations and guest experience.
• Remain productive during slower periods by assisting other areas as needed.
