Job summary

The Bakery Team Member at Plum Market plays a key role in delivering an exceptional Customer experience in the Bakery department. This role focuses on stocking, merchandising, packaging, and maintaining the presentation of baked goods.

You will work as part of a collaborative team to create a welcoming and abundant bakery environment for our Customers, with flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable Customer Service in the Bakery department.
• Stock and merchandise bakery displays to ensure a full, fresh, and visually appealing assortment.
• Package and label baked goods accurately according to Plum Market standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving deliveries, backstock organization, and product rotation to maintain freshness.
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe workspaces throughout the shift.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures per company and health department guidelines.
• Collaborate with Team Members and leadership to meet daily department goals.
