The Fresh Market is seeking team members to join various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will provide outstanding guest service, learn product knowledge, and help guests create meal solutions while supporting store operations.

Ideal candidates are passionate about service, at least 16 years old, and ready to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to learn their wants and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across the store and assist guests across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day and assist nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in housekeeping duties.
• Present yourself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
