• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following handling information.
• Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays according to production charts.
• Maintains cleaning and safety standards in the bakery area.
• Packages baked goods and ensures accurate pricing and labeling.
• Assists with daily department operations and safety compliance.
