Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods following item’s product handling information.
• Gathers products for next business day and packages freshly baked goods.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety and product handling policies.
• Ensures items are accurately priced and displays proper signage.
• Maintains cleaning and safety standards in the bakery department.
