Job summary

Whole Foods Market is looking for a Front of House Team Member to support the Bakery team. You will receive and prepare product, maintain the Bakery area and displays, and assist customers in selecting Fresh, quality goods in line with WFM standards.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, breaking down deliveries, and performing opening/closing duties while upholding health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Strong communication and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and stocked.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and shift supervisor.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and inventory checks.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques; handles phones promptly.
