Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean, well stocked, front-faced; rotates stock and checks codes.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leads.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps sample areas full and appealing.
• Participates in periodic inventory checks.
• Punctual, groomed, and ready to work; attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs promptly, and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures and policies.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary working and shopping environment; keeps equipment clean.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
