Job summary

• Must read, write, and communicate to complete duties and follow safety regulations.

• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and use of equipment.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet performance standards including attendance.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and equipment at start of shift.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, and move to oven.
• Package and label baked goods; clean display cases and replenish stock.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.
