The GIANT Company in Manchester, PA is hiring for a Store Associate in our bakery team. You will start the shift by reviewing the schedule and PPE, then prep ingredients and bake goods, ensuring quality and safe handling.

You will package, label and display fresh pastries, sanitize work areas, and help track shrink and waste while delivering friendly service to customers and supporting the store's daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and follow policies.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools for this job.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must agree to wear proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred

Aufgaben

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check PPE, and prepare for duties.
• Assemble and bake goods, place trays in racks, and bake.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, label pastries, clean display cases, and stock fresh goods.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
