Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Store Associate in Columbia, PA to support daily bakery operations, prep and bake goods, label products, stock displays, and maintain cleanliness. You’ll collaborate with team members to deliver quality service in a fast-paced environment.

You must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to meet safety and company standards, including completing the 60-day intro period and attire requirements.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to read, write and communicate for duties
• Complete introductory (probationary) period of 60 days
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements and base scores
• Able to use or learn to use required equipment and tools
• Perform duties safely
• Meet performance standards including regular attendance
• Wear proper assigned clothes and shoes
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred

Responsibilities

• Review shift schedule at start of shift and prepare equipment and PPE.
• Assemble and bake goods; place trays and bake.
• Package, label, and display baked goods; clean display cases; restock with fresh goods.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
