Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete a 60-day probationary period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Must be able to use the equipment and tools for the job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start and prepare PPE and supplies.
• Assemble and bake goods; place trays in oven and bake.
• Package and label baked goods; clean display cases and stock fresh items.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.
