Job summary

• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery department merchandise by operating baking equipment; follows recipes; wraps, labels, stores merchandise; ensures food safety, sanitation, and inventory.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, and training.
• Be an Owner: Maintains work area, ensures quality and date control, protects fragile items, reduces waste, assists members with purchases, packages and labels merchandise correctly.
