Job summary

Walmart's Sam’s Club is seeking a Bakery/Packager to help prepare fresh baked items daily, follow recipes, wrap, label and store merchandise for our members. You will juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while assisting members with bakery orders to ensure the freshest items are available to take home.

You will contribute by maintaining a positive, member-focused attitude, delivering exceptional service, and keeping a clean, ready-to-serve area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with bakery team and adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: prepare bakery merchandise by following recipes, wrapping/labeling, and storing items per policy.
• Be a Techie: use handheld technology to support operations and product quality.
• Be an Owner: maintain clean work area, ensure date/quality control, and assist customers.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: provide high-quality service and represent the department well.
