Job summary

V & J Foods invites you to join Cinnabon Bakery in Macomb Mall, Macomb Twp, Michigan, offering part-time bakery roles with flexible shifts. You will prepare dough, bake rolls, frost and package items, and assist guests in a fast-paced setting.

We seek energetic team players who provide friendly service, operate the cash register, and maintain clean workspaces. Training is provided; dress code is required; opportunities to grow within the bakery team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food service preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough.
• Roll, shape and bake Cinnabon classic and Mini Bon rolls.
• Frost and package Cinnabon rolls for sale.
• Bake and package Bonbites and Churro’s.
• Prep frosting, drink bases, caramel for daily use.
• Prepare drinks (lemonade, soda, coffee and specialty drinks).
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and assist with upselling.
• Work as part of a team to serve guests.
• Operate the cash register according to policy.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed.
• Sanitize workstations and counters frequently.
• Wash dishes and utensils throughout shift.
• Break down, clean and put away equipment at closing.
• Sweep and mop floors during shift and at close.
• Follow dress code and personal appearance standards.
• Perform other duties as directed by shift manager.
